1. Who we are

LightDrop (جوي, jowoi.com) is a dropshipping automation platform that connects AliExpress suppliers with LightFunnels stores. It lets merchants import products, sync prices and stock, publish to their stores, fulfill orders, and manage WhatsApp and advertising campaigns.

This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using LightDrop you agree to this policy.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and your role (admin or user) when you register or sign in.

Google account data: when you connect Google Drive, we receive your Google email address, your name, and your profile picture. With your permission we also receive an access token limited to the drive.file scope, which grants access only to files that LightDrop itself creates in your Drive.

Google user data: advertising images and videos that LightDrop generates or uploads on your behalf are stored in a folder (LightDrop Ads) inside your own Google Drive. We do not access, read, or modify any other file in your Google Drive.

Supplier data: connection credentials and product, price, shipping and stock data from AliExpress for products you import.

Store data: connection credentials and product, collection, category, order, customer and payment data from your connected LightFunnels stores.

Order and customer data: order details, customer names, phone numbers, shipping addresses, payment method labels and tracking numbers needed to fulfill orders and send notifications.

Messaging data: WhatsApp connection sessions, templates, conversation messages and delivery status for the WhatsApp automation you enable.

Advertising data: connection tokens and campaign performance figures for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads when you use the advertising features.

Usage and technical data: logs of actions performed in the platform (imports, syncs, publications, AI generation requests) for troubleshooting and security.

3. How we use your data

To operate the service: importing products, syncing prices and stock, publishing to your stores, fulfilling orders with your suppliers, and pushing tracking numbers back to your store.

To store your advertising media in your own Google Drive and display previews of it inside LightDrop.

To send automated WhatsApp messages to your customers on your behalf, according to the templates and rules you configure.

To provide AI features (product reviews, translations, storyboards, media generation) using the AI accounts you connect, under the model you select.

To secure the platform, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and keep an audit trail of activity.

To communicate service updates, security alerts and support replies.

4. Google user data and the Limited Use disclosure

LightDrop's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Concretely: we use Google Drive access only to create, read back, and display the advertising files LightDrop generates for you in your own Drive. We do not sell your Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security investigations, or to comply with law, and we do not transfer it to third parties except to operate the service as described in this policy.

5. How we store and protect data

Credentials and connection tokens (AliExpress, LightFunnels, Google Drive, WhatsApp bridge, ad platforms) are stored only on our servers, encrypted, and are never exposed to the browser.

Access to records is enforced row by row: each user can read and modify only their own stores, products, orders, conversations and campaigns.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hosted with a managed cloud database provider.

6. Sharing of data

We do not sell or rent personal data.

We share data only with the services you connect (AliExpress, LightFunnels, Google, WhatsApp, Meta, TikTok) and only to perform the actions you request, and with our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) as processors.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of the platform, its users, or others.

7. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect an integration (for example Google Drive), its stored connection key is deleted from our servers.

You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for a connected integration, or object to processing, by using the settings in the platform or by contacting us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and notify you of material changes inside the platform.
