Terms of Service

1. The service

LightDrop (جوي) is a dropshipping automation platform that connects AliExpress suppliers with LightFunnels stores, and provides product import and sync, order fulfillment, WhatsApp messaging automation, and advertising creative and campaign tools.

2. Your accounts

New accounts are inactive until approved. You are responsible for the credentials of the third-party accounts you connect (AliExpress, LightFunnels, Google, WhatsApp, Meta, TikTok) and for the actions performed through them.

You must have the right to use any store, supplier account, or ad account you connect to LightDrop.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use LightDrop to send spam or unlawful messages, to infringe intellectual property, to misrepresent products, or to violate the policies of AliExpress, LightFunnels, Google, WhatsApp (Meta), Meta Ads, or TikTok. Automated WhatsApp messaging must respect the consent of your customers and applicable messaging rules.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Access to the platform is provided through paid subscription plans billed via Stripe, or through manual activation by an administrator. Plan limits (for example, monthly product and order volumes) apply as described at checkout.

5. Third-party services

LightDrop depends on third-party services (suppliers, stores, AI providers, messaging and ad platforms). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, rate limits, or actions of those services.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LightDrop is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; see the Privacy Policy for data deletion.
